charmed by the allure

convenient location local choices neat decor van pickup

I found the location convenient. It provided easy access to attractions. the breakfast buffet had common and local choices and everything tasted good. our room was beautiful with neat decor. the hotel even arranged a van pickup from the airport.

the elevator was sometimes slow during peak times. we loved the room, but we could hear some noise, from nearby rooms

perfect location welcome drink attentive staff

the location was perfect close to the main square. staff were helpful and greeted me with a drink. the room was well appointed and the breakfast staff were attentive.

the single elevator was inconvenient during peak times. i heard noises around me because of poor sound insulation. i could not reach the reception desk by phone multiple times.

Really good Service and Stylish Accommodation

The receptionists were cute and provided helpful information for tourists. The breakfast was amazing. I found a very good selection of items. The rooms were very clean (something I always value). I was impressed by the staff's commitment to service.

There was only one elevator, inconvenient during peak times (something to be aware of). I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing. I hope they address this issue.

the location was great. i could walk to many things. the staff was friendly and gave good advice for restaurants. the breakfast was also nice. i even got a breakfast to go on my last day because my flight was early.

there was only one elevator. this was annoying at peak times. there was no soundproofing, so i hear sounds all around. i called reception more than once, but no one answered.

amazing stay

beautiful windows cute staff

i am from saudi arabia and visited for the first time. this trip felt amazing. staying here has topped it off. i loved our room with beautiful windows. the staff was very cute and kind. they aim to please their guests.

there is only one elevator and this is annoying at peak times. i hear all the sounds around me. i called the reception number more than once but no one answers. no one helped me at check-out with luggage.

the hotel is close to the charles bridge. it means we walked everywhere. i liked this part of town because it was quiet. there were plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

The staff helped with reservations, and i appreciated transportation assistance around the area. rooms were well appointed. I noted beautiful details. the bar was a delight, and i found the breakfast to be excellent.

the hotel only had one elevator, which caused delays during peak times. i could hear noises around me. the reception did not always answer my calls.
